To focus on her passion for travel and sailing,
Sudy Yao is a young Chinese woman, fashion model and video and photography teacher at the Beijing Kede university, who left China 6 years ago. Having purchased her first sailboat in 2016 (a Jeanneau Sun Legend 41) she sailed in the Mediterranean trading up to an Aluminium explorer, 13.80m x 4m with a retractable keel by 2020. She departed on board “Griggio” from Southern France towards Gibraltar but was delayed due to the Pandemic. Her dream is to sail around the world without stopping, but for now she is heading first to Recife, Brazil and then onto Uruguay, Argentina, the Falklands and Chile before heading for the Pacific. Sheh is hoping to visit Easter island and Polynesia before finally returning to Hong Kong, China.
On the way Sudy continues to give photography seminars by internet whenever possible from shore with numerous followers online.
