A yachts was stolen from Lindbergh Bay and later discovered “crashed” in Frenchtown. This report by CSSN.

CSSN Preliminary report : Yacht at anchor in Lindbergh Bay was stolen night of 4/26/2020. Police, USCG and Customs Border Patrol were notified. The yacht was apparently taken for a “joy ride” to nearby St. John, then returned and abandoned – all sails up – on the rock jetty in Frenchtown, St. Thomas.
A good Samaritan noticed the yacht and a salvage company removed it safely from the rocks, with what appeared to be cosmetic damage, and the theft of some contents.
