Singapore – Vietnam – Hong Kong

Appreciate any advice and routing information from Singapore to Vietnam and subsequently Hong Kong from late April. Any views on how the 2006/7 El Nino event will influence wind and currents?
The route is quite simple, but you must not leave it too late, i.e. avoid sailing once the NE monsoon is established, so you may be better off to start earlier – Feb or March is better.
