Philippines to Singapore

I’m seeking advice for sailing from the Philippines to Singapore.

That’s an easy one, especially if you do it during the NE monsoon (best time Jan to March). At other times you may not have favourable winds and you should also watch out for cyclones. In the latter case, do it in easy stages by stopping in Brunei and N. Borneo.
