Grenada, Halifax Bay: Thieves use Bolt Cutters to Steal Dinghy
Thieves used bolt-cutters to steal a dinghy and outboard engine that was in the water but locked to a yacht that was anchored in Halifax Bay on the west coast of Grenada in the Caribbean.

SECURED: Locked
DETAILS: Overnight while owners slept onboard, their in-the water dinghy / Yamaha 15HP outboard was stolen. It was cable locked to the yacht, thieves arrived prepared with bolt cutters.
A police report was made.
