Cruising Portugal (Lisbon south) and SW Spain – Summer 2013

Last year I sent you a copy of my article on Cruising Western France to Lisbon which I think you found helpful as it is currently on the website, along with our trip in 2011 about Cruising Western France [BROKEN LINK].
During summer 2013 we sailed our boat from Lisbon to Cadiz, so I have produced a similar article covering that area. It’s a bit of an epic I’m afraid, but we had a great time and there is much to see and do on the passage south.
It is split into specific areas:
- Lisbon & the Tagus
- South to the Algarve
- Algarve, Portugal
- Andalucía, Atlantic, Spain
Rather than continue from Cadiz into the Med, we then re-traced our steps back to Portugal and are currently wintering in Lagos.
I have already extracted the marina costs from the trip and these are included in your current report (Spain and Portugal Marina Prices), which I have to say many have told me how useful that information has been.
