Antigua, Falmouth Harbor: Buglary
Be sure to lock your boat up at night and when going ashore. A boat at anchor, unlocked, was boarded while the crew slept and burgled.

DETAILS:
A monohull was boarded in the early hours of the morning, while 2 persons were asleep onboard. The boat was unlocked.
When the crew woke up, they found the saloon floor soaked in sea water, and cash missing from the top of the chart table. No other items were taken.
A police report was made.
CSSN NOTE: Another yacht in the anchorage also experienced a boarder this same night, but noise was heard and it was interrupted and not successful.

DETAILS: Overnight while the owners slept onboard a thief boarded their unlocked catamaran and removed cash from a wallet, nothing else was taken. A police report was made.
