Where is Asanvari Bay?

Asanvari Bay lies at the southern tip of the rugged, long and narrow island of Maewo which is east of Espiritu Santo.

Maewo is part of Vanuatu’s PENAMA group (Pentecost, Ambae, Maewo) and is known for many natural wonders including waterfalls, stunning caves and friendly village lifestyle.

Asanvari Bay Cruiser Highlights:

Asanvari’s waterfall is a good place to swim and the reefs in the bay are good for snorkelling and diving. Climbing the hills above Asanvari for views to other islands of Pentecost, Ambrym, Paama, Malekula and Malo. There are also caves with bats nearby.
