Poole Harbour - General Info
Description:
This is a large and attractive natural harbour. It is a busy place with huge commercial cross-channel catamarans as well as large numbers of leisure craft of all types.
It is an attractive small town and most marine and shoreside services can be found here. It also has several sandy beaches.
Entrance Notes and Cautions:
The Studland no anchoring zone is now marked with yellow marker buoys.
Position:
50°40.9’N, 01°57’W (harbour entrance).
