Clarke’s Court Be Advised they have a theft problem
We put our boat on the hard at Clark’s Court June to January 2019. Just a heads up our 110 pound water maker was stolen from our engine compartment. Their security is nothing and accountability zero. No one new where our keys were. There is no key accountability in place. We also had a company Island Dreams that checked our boat monthly. They did not notice the missing water maker. They took pictures of the batteries that were in the compartment but never noticed the water maker missing. They said, Well we look at so many boats ( really we were paying them to look at our boat).
The office staff in Clarke’s Court Girl at desk by door in particular is another story. We sent several emails requesting an apartment for our arrival and a slip for our boat when we were put in the water. no answer so we called the office. We were told to email a form. We emailed the form and again no answer. Our flight was going to be late so we tried to call the office, could not get through. We called the office where our dingy was stored, they went to Clarke’s Court to get a key sent to security. There was no reservation, but they lady that went to find us a key insisted that Girl at desk by door check her emails and there it was, Girl at desk by door never took care of it. The next day we asked Girl at desk by door if there was a slip for us. She said she would check and to check back in the afternoon. We came back 2 times that day and once the morning our boat was being put in, no answer from Girl at desk by door. We went to the Dock Master, she never asked him. Want a shower code Girl at desk by door will hand it to you with no smile not a word. Walking into Clarke’s Courts office I feel very unwelcome yet they are happy to take my $900 US a month.
