Egmont Islands - General Info
Where are the Egmont Islands/Atoll?
The Egmont Islands, also known as Egmont Atoll is less than 10km south of the southwestern rim of the Great Chagos Bank submerged coral reef. There are six islands (Six Iles) in the Atoll and all are un-inhabited.
Entrance Notes and Cautions:
Cruisers are not permitted to stop at this atoll or land at any of the islands.
