USA Customs & Border Control – Issue of Cruising Permit Decals

There appears to be a problem with the current issuing of decals. The on-line site where these can normally be purchased is currently being re-written.
An email address decals@dhs.gov and a phone number ((317) 298-1245) are given alternative means of contact.
It is also possible to write to U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Attn: DTOPS Program Administrator,6650 Telecom Drive, Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46278
but it is admitted that there is a huge backlog of applications.

This site is due to be operational by the end of November 2008.
