The Seven Seas Cruising Association (SSCA) along with the Seven Seas University (SSU) is continuing their popular Best Practices cruising webinars in April, this time focusing on Provisioning and Cooking Offshore, SSB (radio) and Offshore Communications. All webinars are free, even to non-members.

TOPIC 1:

Best Practices: Provisioning and Cooking Offshore

This webinar by the SSCA for boaters about provisioning and cooking offshore is presented by an old salty sailing gal. It will focus on:

  • proven ideas
  • ways to stock up, with or without freezers
  • what to expect in some smaller island countries 
  • smart ideas for cooking offshore
  • propane or electric
  • how to be a smart galley chef!
