The author of this table, Andy Robinson, is a professional analyst who has extensive experience in collecting, collating and disseminating information from various sources over a number of years.
He took an interest in the issue of maritime incidents when involved in the instruction of maritime security personnel in accordance with IMO ISPS regulations and endeavored to identify the threat to all mariners.
