An Increase in Australian Quarantine Clearance Fees

The AQIS Seaports Program has completed a fee review. The new fees for the 2008/09 financial year have commenced on 1 July 2008.
The new fees for Yachts under 25m has increased from A$160 to A$240, also note, the Inspection time has increased from 1 hour to 1 & ½ hours.
The new fees for vessels over 25m has increased from A$800 to A$920.
Overtime rates have also increased.
