SSCA, a non-profit, international organization with over 10,000 members, has been supporting liveaboard cruisers for over fifty years.
The goals of the original founders are still the goals of SSCA today: sharing cruising information, camaraderie, and leaving a clean wake.
- Monthly Bulletins.
- Active online Discussion Board is open to everyone.
- Links page lists special discounts available to members.
- Over 150 cruising station hosts worldwide.
- Equipment Survey and other publications available.
- Regular gatherings with cruising seminars held annually in several locations as well as online.
- Under $100 a year per boat.
To leave a clean wake is to show respect for others and for the environment so that those who follow in our wake will be warmly welcomed. It is SSCA’s most cherished tradition and they have partnered with a number of humanitarian and environmental projects that sailors can support. Find out more at https://www.ssca.org/cleanwake.
