This government marina is meant to be the new island marina. Started over a decade ago it continues to have problems and although boats report being able to moor here it has never officially opened to the general public. As such prices haven’t been published yet and it’s primarily used by local boats.

Was there today (12/22/20) inquiring on slip rates. She told me 20 pesos/ft/day, with no discounts for long term. In addition there is water and electricity. That is $27us/day for my 34 ft sailboat. The API marina to the north quoted the same rate. All the API long term (much cheaper) is filled with local business.
Won’t be staying there anytime soon. Puerto Morelos is half the price and in town.
Correction: was going off her math and it is $34/day, or over a grand a month.
