Customs currently prefer clients to not go to the office for clearance and to communicate with them by email at CTN-correspondence@sars.gov.za
The Customs office is on the ground floor in the same building as the Immigration office. Office Hours – 07H00-17H00 daily
All requests will be processed the same working day. For requests made after hours the clearances will be processed the next working day.
