A Swiss family of 4 sailing the world in their X-Yachts X-482 left from Italy in September 2017 and crossed the Atlantic from Tenerife in November. Cruised the Lesser Antilles till March and crossed through the Caribbean Sea and the Panama Canal in April 18.
They spent most of 2018 in the South Pacific. In March 2019 they sailed over to Sydney, Australia where they explored the city for 2 months. The Torres Strait brought them to Asia.
Due to Covid, they spent 6 months in La Réunion. From there they sailed to South Africa and rounded the cape of Good Hope.
Via Brasil they returned to the Caribbean where the circle of their circumnavigation closed.
