Although a dinghy sailing club really, they are reported to be very friendly and there is berthing suitable for smaller yachts. There is no sign to announce what it is. A simple place (electricity, water, and showers) with floating pontoons or stern-to the pier. City centre location with plenty of shops in the immediate area. This club belongs to the Russian Government.
