Thieves cut a chain and stole a dinghy that was in the water but locked to a yacht, anchored off St. Pierre in Martinique.

While owners slept onboard a thief cut the chain that had secured their in-the-water dinghy to the yacht. The owners found only a portion of the chain and the damaged lock dangling at the stern.
No police report was made.
