Stolen Items: Cameras, laptop, other items TBD

DETAILS: Grenada Marine (GM) advised the absent owners of a yacht stored on the hard that it had been broken into via a hatch and burglarized. Using photos provided by GM owners found noticeably missing were a laptop and cameras. Owners will inventory for other losses on their return. GM management secured the yacht and agreed to install a complimentary motion sensor within 2 weeks, unknown if GM reported this incident to the local police, or if other yachts were affected.

Some of you may have seen the blog that stated that there were some boats broken into in our yard back in July. We reported this incident to the local police and are working along with them to hold the person/persons accountable for this incident.
Grenada Marine is committed to providing a secure service for all our customers; we have since installed additional lights and barbed wire fencing and are in the process of introducing motion detectors. We have also increased night surveillance and guard personnel.
We are confident that we have taken the most appropriate and aggressive measures to improve yard security for all our clients. It is a regrettable situation, and we are doing everything we can to ensure our customers’ peace of mind.
