An in-the-water but cable locked dinghy was stolen from a yacht that was anchored at Sandy Island, Carriacou in Grenada while the owners were onboard.

DETAILS:
A catamaran anchored at Sandy Island secured their in-the-water center console RIB dinghy/70HP Yamaha (serial number 6CJL 1077247) with a locking cable and a painter. It was stolen between 2200-2245HRS.
A report to the Coast Guard and police was made.
