British Virgin Islands, Jost Van Dyke: Locked Dinghy Stolen from Diamond Cay
While the owners were asleep onboard, their chain-locked dinghy which had been left in the water, was stolen from their vessel which was moored in Diamond Cay on Jost Van Dyke in the British Virgin Islands.

Overnight while the owners slept onboard their in-the-water and cable locked dinghy was stolen. A report was made on the local VHF, and to the police.
