Puerto La Cruz - Clearance
The marinas in the El Morro Tourist complex offer help with clearance formalities. All of the marinas have 24 hour security and safety here is reported to be the best in all of Venezuela.
On departure, the Port Captain requires you to file a sail plan before being allowed to leave a Marina.
