Hi. I live and sail in Ras Al Khaimah. Sad to say that Al Jeer marina is no more. It has closed fully and most of the pontoons have gone with just a couple left being used by an outdoor adventure school. Also the coastguard currently refuse permission for any boats to stay there in the shelter of the breakwater.
