Edinburgh - Docking
Anchorages:
All visiting vessels should seek advice from the Harbour Master on a safe anchorage position in the open anchorage below the Settlement. This anchorage is open to the north and depths range from 50m to 100m.
Visiting vessels are expected to use their own boats, if suitable, for use in landing in the shallow boat harbor. Otherwise, a local RIB (£75/day) can be hired by a visiting yacht.
After landing, lift the dinghy ashore and ask advice on where it should be left.
Outer Islands Anchorage:
Visit vessels are not permitted to anchor overnight off Gough, Inaccessible or Nightingale Islands.

Comment from Bob Conrich
There is a cafe. I have eaten in it. I do not know its hours – it may only be open on cruise ship days.
There is no restaurant, only a pub that opens at 6.30 pm by which time visiting yachtsmen are required to leave the harbor.
