ICQ stands for the official clearance procedures (Immigration, Customs, and Quarantine) for Taiwan. FYC’s physical location is currently located at ShinDa Harbor (ASA Instructor Neil Lo’s base) but they are working on establishing a port of entry for AnPing Harbor as the local government has recently built a very nice harbor here.
Formosa Yacht Club (FYC) will be setting up ICQ services for AnPing in the near future. If you are interested in joining FYC, please contact us via Formosa Yacht Club through Facebook. We will have our website and contact info up and running soon. Thank you, (Sincerely, Simon Chang FYC Commodore/Founder)
