YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

Jan 2020. Very pleasant and helpful staff. 13.9m sailing yacht €23 incl. Stayed a few weeks as a base to visit Malaga (train), Ronda (bus), Mijas (bus) and Grenada/ Alhambra (hire car €25). All convenient from marina. Radio Ch9 on approach for instructions.
Trip boats not running, so secure pontoons.
Stongly recommend and prefer Fuengirola over Benalmadena. Benalmadena charged € 40 per night for really poor service and poor facilities, and a hike to transport options – i.e. considerably higher prices charged than were implied online!
May 2018: €31 for 12.5 x 4m monohull. Good facilities, fast Wifi, very friendly marinero, the office clerk seemed to be having a bad day though. Convenient access to town, and a top-notch chandlery (the one with the plastic kayak hanging over the door). They have a workshop and (thanks to the plastic kayaks) a guy who does plastic welding if you need repairs to water/holding tanks, etc.. Owner speaks fluent English.
Rows of restaurants along the quay and town were already packed with tourists. The ferry leaves from quay 3, so the security gate is often left open and streams of passengers walk along the quay.
February 2017: €23 for a 13,80 monohull. Clean facilities. Fuengirola doesn’t offer much but transport to Málaga and the airport are super convenient (C1 train between €2,70 and €3,50 to airport/Málaga respectively).
We ate well in a Restaurant near the church square: Daily Menu 3 courses € 9 to € 19, – Meson Salamanca Calle del Capitan 1, 29640 Fuengirola mesonsalamanca.es +34 952 59 22 87
Marina: in good condition, 16m mooring for boat € 54, – including water and electricity.
300 meter walk to the bus station with connections to Malaga or Gibraltar. At 500 meter there is a train station endstation (underground) which give a direct connection to the airport of Malaga and the train ends in the centre of Malaga.
3 trains per hour. Tuesdays a big open market at 1,5 km. One chandlery (English proprietor) no longer exist here. There is also a fuel station at the entrance of the harbour.
