YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

Cannot recommend Port Ginesta marina for any other reason than it’s close to the airport. Poor management which don’t maintain the equipment or mooring lines. In the shipyard the travel lift has been broken for over a week and will be for another week. Leaving us high and dry. Little communication from harbour master and no offer to compensate. Very very badly run marina.
Port Olimpic,
As indicated at the end of last year we were noticed by mail, this year 2020 the Port Oimpic concession expires, passing from the hands of a private company POBASA to the Barcelona City Council. From now on, the municipal company BSM will be the one that directly manages the moorings and premises of Port Olimpic.
Unfortunately their Berth conditions has been increased almost by 35%for a 14,9m SY
Port Sitges: Well maintained marina with good and friendly service. 20 minutes walk into Sitges and another 40 minutes into Barcelona. The area is much quieter and with more natural beauty than Barcelona though, and so a more comfortable port for longer stays. The winter can see some surge in the marina.
Decent boatyard with travel lift, though smaller than that of nearby Castelldefels. Private work on the hard and staying aboard is possible. Most boats will find that using the travel lift will require detaching the backstay (even my 29-footer).
Port Olimpic: I spent a year here in 2017-2018. The costs are very reasonable if you take a long term contract (10 months+). The marina is central but is also close to some irritating nightclubs and bars. The pontoons themselves are far enough from the noise, but on some nights you’ll be able to hear a faint dance-baseline.
Garraf: Extremely quiet marina in a quaint village. Well connected to Barcelona with a 45-minute train.
One Ocean Port Vell
Berthed there 2016/17 for 12 months at a sensible rate. Come this year’s renewal, they have completely changed their tariff structure to accommodate the demands of their superyacht clients. Quite complicated, but higher rates now assume only transient visit of 1-3 perhaps 5 months. There is no discount/advantage for a 12-month berth.
The upshot is that my 12 months berthing fee increased by circa 80% making it cheaper for me to berth in Palma Mallorca.
Port Ginesta is reasonably priced for a marina, so close to the airport.
Real Club Maritimo. 10 Aug 16. Would recommend booking a berth as it does seem to be rather crowded although this was ‘in season’. On arrival call ahead on VHF Ch 9. The bridge opens every 30 minutes between about 08 and 2000 and you can time your arrival for an opening. Mariners on duty 24/7 and will assist taking lines. Berths all stern to with laid moorings. Southern berths, nearest the bridge subject to heavy wash from any shipping movement in the outer harbour.
All services on the pontoons. Water. Electricity paid for separately. WiFi, excellent WIFi, best we found. There is 24/7 security and the Club Reception is staffed from 09 to 1800 ish. Helpful, English is spoken. The Club hosts events and parties and can be noisy on Saturday nights but not intrusively so. Marina is situated at the bottom of Las Ramblas for ease of access to the city.

Puerto Olimpico de Barcelona
29 June 2015: A difficult entrance to find and you need to watch for the port & starboard sticks showing you the line to follow and then its a sharp right into the harbour entrance. The fuel pontoon is where you stop to register and be allocated a berth. Space is however tight and during the summer when I visited it was busy not only with yachts but jet skis for hire. For my 32ft yacht and me it was €37.40 per night and an €85.00 deposit for an electric adapter for the special plugs they have.
Once in the berth, the shower block was the next thing to find. It looked like it had not been updated since the Olympics the marina was built for, whenever that was. My first visit ended with the water being cut off. Luckily I was only having a shave – others were in a right lather.
Second visit all went smoothly but not the cleanest of facilities and heavily used with the number of boats it took. Great position though, bars & restaurants all around the marina, a good supermarket within walking distance and a 30 min bike ride to the new Basilica that has been under construction for years & still needs finishing. Just a tip you can book your visit online and I suggest you do that if you can. I had to queue for my ticket and then come back 3hrs later to actually get inside.

Further on from Badalona, mooring 8-10 meters less costly in Premia de Mar. As of November 2014, this port is now offering more services, a short walk to a regular train service into Barcelona.
