Zelenika - Clearance
This is a Port of Entry.
See Montenegro Formalities for full details on clearing into and out of the country.
Zelenika Customs Dock is an 8 metre-long concrete dock with large black rubber bumpers and cleats spaced very far apart. Plus there is no onshore assistance with docking.
Check-in and out here is quick and efficient with no charges. Not a suitable place for yachts in an onshore breeze.
All skippers need to visit the harbor master located to the left of the jetty along the shore in an old stone house (about 100 meters northeast of the border control office and the dock).

YachtFlags.com provides high quality courtesy flags that are manufactured in durable Knitted Polyester fabric. Knitted so that the fabric itself does not deteriorate in the constant movement that marine flags are usually exposed to, and polyester so that the flag does not weaken in the strong UV-light usually found in the main sailing areas of the world.

Immigration Jetty is equipped for large ships, big fixed fenders and bollards set back 3m from the quayside. Clearing in is simple. The Marina Lazure nearby is brand new and currently offering berths for €50 per night. Few facilities yet but power and water on the pontoons and dock hands to assist mooring. Laid lines but the space between pontoons can be tight. Pleasant surroundings. Good secure base for exploring inland.
It is port of entry with a poor pier. Formalities don’t take much time. Nearby marina, Zelenika have unfriendly and incompetent staff.
Did not clear here but the nearby Marina Lazure is great and has really good prices. Lovely boutique hotel and nice beach. Great staff.
