Tanjung Pinang is a filthy harbour, the worst we saw in Indonesia. Rubbish was floating by everywhere and we had to clear the prop of our dinghy several times.
There is an updated document for the Bintan Resorts Marina: https://bintan-resorts.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/bintan-resorts-marina-2018.pdf
We did not find the resort friendly nor anxious for business. A boat with us inquired about a berth and was told they were “full”, despite only having 3 out of 14 docks occupied all night.
