Good mooring stern to on the western quay for 25 boats, the charter pontoon have an agreement with the town hall that visitors are welcome to berth there from Monday to Friday, no charge in this port when we were there in July.
Good shopping and plenty of good taverna’s, a nice port to visit and well sheltered.
Good holding in 7/8 meters outside the port and dinghy in.

As of August 2016, Vounaki marina was only accepting charter yachts. Apparently, the marina and adjacent hotel are now owned and operated by a charter boat company and do not welcome casuals. We were told there are no exceptions to their new berthing policy.

The pontoon in Palairos is occupied completely by a charter company. There might be space during the week when the boats are out.

The western quay is available for guest boats and there are a few water taps, too (we went here to take up water primarily). June 2015.
