Taba Heights - Clearance
The marina here is an official Port of Entry, but only useful for boats coming from Israel or Jordan.
That said, whilst other clearance ports in Egypt are hiking up their prices significantly for yacht clearance, Taba Heights still has reasonable clearance costs (see comment at bottom of page).
For full details on clearing into and out of the country see noonsite’s Egypt Formalities.

Our neighbours entered Egypt via Taba Heights on the Northern Sinai Coast one month ago and paid $150 plus $25 per person on board.
Marina berthing fees were extra. But this price hike starting in Port Said and Hurghada could very well just be the start. Bad news for all of us cruising the Red Sea.
