With the continual change in protocols due to the pandemic, we outline the last-known situation below for yacht arrivals. Skippers should follow the recommended links to confirm the latest protocols. Always check with your intended port of arrival before getting underway to be 100% certain of what is required. Please e-mail editor@noonsite.com if you find protocols have changed.

Yachting Protocols

March 2022

JERSEY:

  • Border restrictions ended 07 February, 2022.
  • You must not travel to Jersey if you have Covid-19 symptoms.

Useful Links:

GUERNSEY (Alderney, Sark and Herm)

  • Border restrictions ended 17 February, 2022.
  • You must not travel to Guernsey if you have Covid-19 symptoms.
  • Note that Sark and Herm are not Ports of Entry and vessels should proceed to St. Peter Port if your destination is Guernsey, Herm or Sark; and Braye Harbor if your destination is Alderney.
  • Note, boats with a draft of more than 2m will be severly restricted in St. Peter Port.
  • The island re-opened on 14 May, 2021.

    Major works to replace the infrastructure of St Helier Marina are commencing 13th September 2021.
    The works will be ongoing until summer 2022.

    Partial closure of marina 13th September – 13th October 2021.

    MARINA CLOSED – There will be no vessel or pedestrian access to the marina from 13th October – until further notice.
