TV Network looking for cruisers: this time first time expectant parents
Magilla Entertainment, a TV production company based in NYC, is currently in development of a docu-series in which they are aiming to document first time expectant parents from about eight months into their pregnancy through to their child’s first birthday. Since first posting this news item a couple of months ago, they have pushed back their due dates and are looking for couples expecting October 2014 – January 2015.

One of the couples are very interested in documenting is one who is expecting and is currently or planning on living on a boat.
Here is the text from their casting call:
Becoming a first-time parent is exciting, unforgettable and… just a little bit scary! Your baby’s first year will be filled with triumphs, milestones, and tears, as you jump on the roller coaster ride, called parenthood. Magilla Entertainment and a major cable network are now casting nationwide for a new documentary series that will tell the story of parenting, told by the parents themselves, as they navigate diapers, 4 AM feedings and everything in between.
If you and your significant other are preparing to welcome your firstborn into the world (between October this year and January 2015) and want to share your story – from the pregnancy to the first birthday – in a heartfelt and moving way, please contact us at castingdirector@magilla.tv with your names, locations, ages, phone number, recent photos and a few sentences about your story. Please don’t forget to tell us how far along you are in your pregnancy!
