The Suez Canal Authority has announced a transit rebate for yachts under 300 tons as part of its commitment to supporting the Egypt International Boat Show being held in Marassi Alalamein in July 2024.

Temporary Cheaper Fees for Yachts Transiting Suez
The Suez Canal Authority (SCA) has announced that from from 1 July to 1 October, 2024, yachts under 300 tons will receive a 50% transit rebate on transit fees.
The reason for the limited-time discount is “in line with the SCA’s commitment to supporting the 5th edition of the Egypt International Boat Show, to be held at Marassi Alalamein, North Coast, from 11 July, 2024,” said the Authority in an official notification.
