Indus Films, an award-winning independent production company based in the UK, are looking for any information regarding sailing to/from the Caroline Islands of Lamotrek, Satawal, and Ifalik within the Federated States of Micronesia for a forthcoming BBC and SBS series.

As part of a three-part series focused on remote people and communities of the South Pacific’s Coral Triangle, Indus are hoping to sail to the Carolines to learn and record with the region’s legendary celestial navigators for up to six weeks, beginning this April 2014.

Alongside any helpful information, suggestions, and contacts we are looking for logistical support in the form of a reliable and professional vessel to join our crew of four for the duration of the shoot. We welcome any correspondence from any yacht or craft in the Palau or Yap region from late March and/or April 2014 with plans and/or an interest in sailing to the Caroline region for this exciting project.
