Question: Why become a paying Member?

We’re a small, passionate, cruising team with long-standing connections to authorities, officials, and fellow cruisers. Every month, we invest hours into researching and verifying the latest rules, regulations, and emerging issues so you don’t have to.

Question: What do I get for each level of subscription?
Answer: We have three membership levels; follow this link to compare member levels.
Question: Do I still see the Formalities information if I have registered for free on Noonsite?
Answer: If you have registered for free on the website, you can only view up to 3 country formalities monthly. After you have viewed 3, you will be prompted to upgrade your membership and will be blocked from viewing more. Free registered users can post comments, but can’t view the Noonsite map and receive other member benefits.
Question: I think I am already a Member of Noonsite – where can I find out my membership level?
Answer: Click here to log in. After logging in, you can view your membership levels from your profile.
Question: How do I upgrade from Free membership to a paid membership level?
Answer: Visit your profile’s “Membership levels” page, or use this direct link.
Question: How do I downgrade my paid membership?
Answer: Visit your profile’s “Membership levels” page, or use this direct link.
Question: How do I cancel my subscription?
Answer: Subscriptions for Basic and Premium membership are charged each month. You can cancel at any point before your monthly renewal. There are no refunds for unused periods of service. To cancel your subscription click “Cancel Subscription” from your profile’s “Membership” section.
Question: I have Premium membership. How do I download country formalities or port information for offline use?
Answer: Offline access is available with Premium Membership, allowing you to download your selected country formalities, news, reports or port information and business listings as PDF files to keep and use. You can download ten (10) country formalities per calendar month. You can download ten (10) ports per calendar month. Latest news and reports can also be downloaded from the country and port level. In addition, port business directories can be downloaded from the port level.
Simply go to the Explore Country or Explore Port button and click on “downloads” to select the option you want.
Once downloaded, you can re-download a port or country as often as you want within the same calendar month, without it counting towards your limit.
Downloads are automatically reset to 0 on the first of the month.
Question: What if the country or port has updates after I downloaded the PDF?
Answer: Once downloaded, you can redownload a port or country as often as you want within the same calendar month without it counting towards your limit.
Question: What is included in Downloads?
Answer:
- Countries have a few download options:
- Formalities: includes all Clearance information, rules and regulations for the country.
- Latest News: The last 12 months of News from the country.
- Latest Cruising Reports: The last 12 months of Cruising Reports related to the country.
- Ports have several download options:
- Port Information: The Clearance, Docking, Repair Services, Shore Services, etc., for the port.
- Latest News: The last 12 months of News from the country the port is in.
- Latest Cruising Reports: The last 12 months of Cruising Reports from the country the port is in.
- Business Directory: A directory of businesses for the port.
Question: How do I access exclusive content and special offers for Basic & Premium members?
Answer: Log in to Noonsite and then visit any country on the site. Click on the green “View Special Offers” bar near the top of the page and a bar will slide out with any member-only offers specific to that country, plus a list of content exclusive to Noonsite members (Basic and Premium paying members). Question: How do I update my billing information?
Answer: You can update your billing information anytime from the “Billing Details” link in your profile’s “Membership” section or by following this direct link while logged in.
