Self-service laundry (opposite pontoon 8) with 4 machines and 3 dryers.
Boatyard with travelift, dry dock full maintenance and repair facilities. 65-ton travel-lift, capable of hauling boats up to 82ft (25m) LOA and 21ft (6m) draught, 21ft3″ (6.50m) beam; Additional cranes; 7-ton Forklift for dry storage of small boats up to 19ft LOA. Services available include anti-fouling, painting & polishing, osmosis treatment, rigging, mechanical, electrical & electronics, aluminum & stainless steel, GRP and composite work, water blasting, sanding, hydraulics. Liveaboards permitted to sleep on board whilst on the hard (max. 2 persons) and do simple work (such as sanding and varnishing). Official companies must be contracted for complicated jobs.
