The Club ship is permanently moored in Ballydorn Fairway on the western side of Rainey Island. The fairway offers shelter in all but northerly winds. Visitors should be aware of strong currents in the fairway and its approaches. There is a short stay pontoon on the seaward side of the ship and one visitor’s mooring with the permission of the manager, Brian Smith (see email address) Yachts can dry out alongside the stone quay. Water and diesel available. Showers and bar lounge. Chandlers, sailmaker and restaurant adjacent. Boatyard 1 mile, shopping 2 miles.
