Inggrid is an agent for yacht clearance into and out of Tual.  Assists with documents for quarantine, immigration, customs and Harbour Master.  Inggrid can also act as a local tour guide and information source.

When we arrived in Tual from Thursday island, Australia we needed some work done and had a long list of supplies and a support that required some engineering work done. our agent recommended Inggrid a local tour guide that may assist us. Inggrid picked us up from Tual harbour in her 6 seater honda and having great local knowledge knew where to have the engineering work done and where all the supplies could we found. we dropped off our support went to all the supply stores and got some fresh supplies at the local markets. all achieved in a day and with ease and the enjoyment of spending time with Inggrid.

Charging per hour is a very fair and includes fuel so there are no hidden expenses. being very independent and often catching the local ojek (scooter tax) or ankot (open door mini bus) i almost chose to do this all myself and could have achieved it all over a few days but it would have been a mission and i would not have met Inggrid. I’m so glad that instead i chose to go with Inggrid and chose to take my family on one of Inggrid’s tours of the islands and we had a great day out. so much so that the following day i joined a friend that arrived that i had recommended ingrrid to and was invited to join and went along again. my family got dengue from bali and inggrid was so helpful and took us to the clinic and convinced her friend doctor to stay open and see to us all at no charge. Inggrid contacted us to see how we were recovering and it was great to have this care on arriving in a new place.
